Website Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
These Website Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of keyflex.com.au (Website). The Website is operated by The Keyflex Company Pty Ltd (Keyflex, we, us or our). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
The Website provides information about Keyflex products, capabilities, technical support and contact options. It is primarily an information and enquiry channel for OEMs, designers, engineers and other business users. The Website does not itself create an order, quotation, manufacturing agreement, supply agreement, warranty or other contract for products or services unless Keyflex expressly states otherwise in writing.
We aim to keep Website content accurate and useful, but product descriptions, images, technical information, capabilities, availability, lead times, pricing and performance statements are general information only. They may change and may not be suitable for every application. Obtain project-specific advice and written confirmation before relying on information for a design, purchase, safety decision or compliance assessment.
Submitting an enquiry, drawing, specification or other material through the Website does not oblige Keyflex to provide a quotation, accept an order or enter into a contract. Any quotation, purchase order, scope of work, supply agreement or other written commercial document issued or accepted by Keyflex will govern the relevant transaction. If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and a signed written agreement, the written agreement prevails for that transaction.
Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, logos, layouts, downloadable materials, software and trade marks, are owned by or licensed to Keyflex and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download or print reasonable excerpts for your own internal business evaluation, provided you do not remove notices, alter the material, publish it as your own or use it for commercial distribution without our written permission.
If you submit information, drawings, specifications, images or other material through the Website, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that doing so does not breach confidentiality, privacy, intellectual property or other obligations. You grant Keyflex permission to use the material only as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, assess a project, provide requested information, manage a commercial relationship or comply with law. Confidential project information remains subject to any separate confidentiality agreement that applies.
You must use the Website lawfully and responsibly. You must not interfere with the Website or its security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data at scale, impersonate another person, infringe rights, transmit unlawful or harmful material, use the Website to send spam, or use Website content to mislead another person.
The Website may link to third-party websites, social media, video platforms, maps, analytics tools or other services. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. Keyflex does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
We do not promise that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, viruses or other harmful components. We may modify, suspend or withdraw the Website or any content at any time. You are responsible for using appropriate security software and maintaining the confidentiality of any information you use to access the Website.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyflex excludes all warranties, representations and conditions relating to the Website and its content that are not expressly stated in these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keyflex is not liable for loss arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Website or reliance on Website content, including indirect or consequential loss, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data or loss of opportunity. This clause does not apply to the extent that liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable law. Where the law permits Keyflex to limit its liability, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted and in the manner permitted by law. Product and service remedies, warranties and limitations for a particular transaction are governed by the applicable written commercial agreement, subject to non-excludable rights.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Keyflex Privacy Policy published on the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that personal information may be handled in accordance with that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Website with a revised last-updated date. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change materially affects a written commercial agreement, that agreement will continue to govern the relevant transaction.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be read down or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to operate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.
