Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR)

Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is a two‑component silicone system where long polysiloxane chains are reinforced with specially treated silica.

Component A: Platinum catalyst
Component B: Methylhydrogensiloxane cross‑linker with alcohol inhibitor

The key difference between LSR and High Consistency Rubber (HCR) is the flowable, liquid nature of LSR materials. While HCR can be cured with peroxide or platinum, LSR uses platinum additive curing only, ensuring precision and consistency.
